Design features include content management features, blogs, forums, SSL sites, domain hosting and management, photo albums, etc. Prices for hosting are usually yearly and will include a certain number of hours depending on the size of the site for any maintenance that may need to be done throughout the year.
The basic package as shown below starts at $300 for design and less than $17/mth for hosting. Quotes however can be customized based on your exact needs.

What is a CMS – Content Management System? A content management system provides the ability to update site content by logging into a web-based interface. Through the use of a WYSIWYG interface (looks like a word processor interface with options) you can update your websites content and publish it immediately.
An advanced package including CMS (content management system) is available with all of the features of the basic package plus the ability to update your site whenever you need to. You have full access to your on content management interface from which you can update addresses, details, add special events or otherwise manage your content.
